RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At RETRO WARDROBE, we aim to deliver premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

1. RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:
• The product is damaged
• Wrong item is delivered
• Size issue (exchange only)

Items must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• With original tags and packaging

2. EXCHANGE POLICY
Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for exchange requests.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Sale items
• Customized products
• Used or washed items

4. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are processed only for damaged or incorrect products.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
